It may be true that if you wanted something other than a generic bread-and-butter car or truck today, it would be advisable not to head over to the nearest Toyota new car lot. But there was a time when the company best known for reliable-but-dull offerings like the Camry and Corolla had not one sporty offering in its dealerships, but rather three.
